Irish Summer II Black IPA

Irish People spend an awful lot of time talking about the weather. How could they not when the summers stretch late into the night with the sun setting as late as 10pm. Temperatures range from a crisp 10° Celsius (50° F) to a balmy 22° (72° F) – sometimes all in the same day. Rain and sun, sun and clouds and even sun and rain – If you don’t like the weather just wait 5 minutes.

Rich, malty and dark but with a New England yeast for light fruity finish for this is a big beer. Coming in at 6.8% this beer can be paired with big rich foods and won’t be overpowered.
